Green Goo; One of the biggest secret in game...Solved... In my opinion.
(Where is Truth/Green Goo after last mission ?)
Because I saw a video , where the player saw Truth in San Fierro.
BTW I made a mistake... So Truth disappeared with the Green Goo after the mission. We will meet at the last mission. And after... I don't know what happened to him.
